Wool Roll Bread with Cranberry

Wool roll bread with Cranberry soft and fluffy using few ingredients, we cook a bread and we get a wonderful result. Is a combination of sweet and savory you can combine it with the filling that you like more and cooking the same with a phenomenal result! 

     Ingredients:

◾ Lukewarm milk 80ml+-

◾ Instant yeast 3g / 1tsp

◾ Bread flour 300g / 2,1/8cup

◾ Sea salt 5g / 1tsp

◾ Sugar 30g / 1/8cup

◾ Whole egg 1(55g+- an egg)

◾ Whipping cream 100ml / 1/2cup

◾ Cranberry 50g / 1/3cup

◾Pan size 20x7cm

◾Bake at 170°C / 340°F for 17-20 minutes

  1. lukewarm milk 80 ml

  2. instant yeast 5g

  3. leave 5 minutes for yeast proofing

  4. 300 g flour for bread add salt 5g / 1 tsp

  5. sugar  30g /1/8 cup

  6. mix

  7. whipping cream  100 ml /1/2 cup

  8. 1 egg at room temperature

  9. pour milk mixed with yeast

  10. add the dry ingredients

  11. Knead until we get a ball

  12. We put it in a bowl greased with olive oil to rise for 60 minutes in a warm place

  13. cranberry 50g / 1/3cup we cut them small

  14. divide cranberry into 5 equal parts

  15. pan size 20x7 cm

  16. grease with a little butter and put the baking sheet at the base of the pan

  17. the dough doubled in volume

  18. sprinkle some flour and put the dough

  19. divided into 5 equal dough

  20. form 5 balls of equal size

  21. form 5 balls of equal size

  22. cover with cling film and let stand 15 minutes

  23. we take a ball of dough and stretch it to the size of 12/15 cm

  24. we make cuts following how I do it

  25. place the dried blueberries on the bottom

  26. make 3 bends then form a roll

  27. we continue with the other 4 balls

  28. cover with cling film and leave for 60 minutes in a warm place

  29. after 60 minutes it doubled a lot as you can see

  30. help with a brush very gently grease with fresh milk

  31. bake in preheated oven at 170 c /340 f   for 18-20 minutes

  32. Wool Roll Bread is ready

  33. it is very fluffy and tastes great with a combination of sweet and salty, good appetite
